DataTrack Email Receiver is a plugin for the DataTrack Server that enables requesters and end users to submit work orders via a simple, free-form email. Requesters simply send an email to a specified address, and DataTrack Email Receiver automatically converts the email into a work order.    
   
The Active Directory Integration (ADI) plugin for the DataTrack Server interfaces with Microsoft® Active Directory to enable account authentication and automatic import.    
   
Enterprise Database Connector (EDC) is an optional add-on for the DataTrack System that enables the DataTrack Server to utilize MySQL, MSDE, SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005 or newer databases.    
   
DataTrack Network and Workstation Audit (NWA) is a plugin for the DataTrack Server that simplifies the hardware and software inventorying process.
