Support Policy 
We offer a flexible support policy designed to grow as your business does. By default, each license package includes 3 months of product and technical support. Additional yearly support may be purchased.

Technical support is offered primarily via email and chat. During the support period, major upgrades are offered at discount, while minor updates are offered free of charge.

Minor updates
Free service updates are usually released every quarter and generally include new functionality. Minor updates are released on a monthly basis to address issues found within the software.

Major upgrades
Major upgrades are released every 12 to 18 months and are offered at discount for supported customers.
